Mattana

Initially, we were simply asked to insert a swimming pool at the front and a barbecue area in the backyard.

From here, the opportunity arose to give the villa a new architectural character, defining its appearance with projecting, compact volumes that are simultaneously permeable, resulting in a much more harmonious ensemble.

The project focuses primarily on two main aspects: increasing the balcony surfaces and inserting new floors within a grid whose perimeter defines a clear volume that insists on the existing building body, witnessing the transformation that leads the building to develop a new face.
