- Contact and quote forms: name, email, phone, message. Processed to respond to your request (legal basis: pre-contractual measures — Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Newsletter: email address. Processed to send periodic updates with your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Cookies and navigation data: collected via technical cookies and, with consent, analytics cookies. Details in our Cookie Policy.
3. Processing and retention
Data is processed by electronic means with appropriate security measures. Form data is kept only as long as necessary to handle the request and no longer than 24 months. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
4. Recipients and processors
Data may be processed by technical providers acting as data processors, including:
- Hosting and database provider (Supabase / Lovable Cloud) — EU.
- Transactional email provider (Resend).
- Anonymised analytics (only with consent).
Data is never sold or transferred to third parties for autonomous commercial purposes.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Any transfer to non-EU countries takes place under the safeguards required by the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions of the EU Commission).

You may exercise the rights granted by Articles 15–22 GDPR at any time: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
